Delivery Pricing

The cost of delivery to mainland UK starts at £2.80 and is determined by the weight of the goods ordered. Shipping options and charges are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £150.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Monday To Friday and are sent by Royal Mail, Hermes or DPD. Orders sent by Hermes and DPD are given a tracking number. On some orders a signature will be required on delivery and if for any reason an item cannot be delivered, a card will be left at the at the delivery address and the package will be returned to the local depot for collection or redelivery. Any items not collected from Royal Mail Depot within 18 days or not delivered by Hermes after three attempts, will be returned to us and you may be liable for re-delivery charges.

Delivery time frames are between 2 and 5 days of dispatching your order. Please note that delivery timings may be affected due to increased demand during busy periods. If you do not receive your order within this time frame please contact us.

We can only ship to United Kingdom Mainland, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland at the moment.

Returns

We are happy to issue a refund (minus delivery charges) for unused and unmarked goods in their original packaging. All Items must be returned with the sales invoice up to 14 days after delivery. We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office or courier until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. Return postage will be at your own cost unless the item is faulty. Return shipping costs are calculated using the lowest available shipping costs.

No cancellation of goods already in transit can be accepted. If the client should refuse these goods on arrival, the client will be responsible for the cost of two-way carriage

To return your item via Royal Mail or courier please ensure the following:

  • Include a note regarding your order number/name/details.
  • The item must be repacked in the same condition as it was received.
  • Attach a return address note in your return parcel.
  • You will then need to return the package to a Post Office counter/ courier.
  • Please note the cost of the return is the customer responsibility.
  • Obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office/ Courier; this will act as your proof of return.

Alternatively, if you live near Belfast you can contact us to arrange a return of your order in person by simply taking a print-out of your order confirmation and the product you wish to return.
