The cost of delivery starts at £3.50 and is determined by the weight of the goods ordered. Delivery options and charges are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £150.
Standard Delivery - 3 to 5 business days - £3.50 - £10.00
Express Delivery - 1 to 3 business days - £5.70 - £13.70
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Some deliveries may require a signature. If for any reason an item cannot be delivered, a card will be left at the delivery address, and the package will be returned to the local depot for collection or re-delivery. Items not collected from the Royal Mail depot within 18 days, or undelivered by a courier after three attempts, will be returned to us. You may be liable for re-delivery charges.
Delivery time frames are between 1 to 5 days of dispatching your order. Please note that delivery timings may be affected due to increased demand during busy periods. If you do not receive your order within this time frame please contact us.

Defective and Damaged Items
If you have received a defective item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery to inform us of the issue. Items not reported within three days of receipt will no longer qualify for return or replacement. Please include a photo of the damage/defect in your email.
Returns
We are happy to issue a refund (minus delivery charges) for unused and unmarked goods in their original packaging. All items must be returned up to 14 days after delivery. We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office or courier until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. Return postage will be at your own cost unless the item is faulty. Return shipping costs are calculated using the lowest available shipping cost.
Cancellation for goods in transit cannot be accepted. If goods are refused on arrival, you will be responsible for the two-way carriage costs.
To return your item via Royal Mail or courier please ensure the following:
- Include a note regarding your order number, name, and details.
- Repack the item in the same condition as received.
- Attach a return address note the parcel and return it via a Post Office or courier.
- Return costs are your responsibility.
- Obtain and retain a postage receipt as proof of return.
